Ernest "Tre" Hadrick III is an educator, certified counselor and community leader in Norristown, PA. For more than 15 years he has worked to advance the lives of young children, teens and their families. He currently serves as a school counselor at Eisenhower Middle School and as an adjunct professor at Villanova University. Tre has spearheaded numerous initiatives to increase parent engagement, equity, career preparation and organizational development. He is founder of the Norristown Men of Excellence Inc., a non-profit that implements programs and services to enhance the overall well-being of families in the community, and he has shared his trademark S.E.E.D.S. of Leadership philosophy as a Tedx speaker and guest on the Leading Equity podcast by Dr. Sheldon Eakins. Tre is a member of the Epsilon Pi Chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. and a former Division I athlete, playing for Auburn University and North Carolina A&T State University. He has received postgraduate education from Wilmington University and Cabrini University. Outside of his work and community service, Tre enjoys spending time with his wife and son.
Cameron Wilson gained early business experience producing T-shirts for non-profit organizations and arts while still in high school. This experience gave him valuable insight into graphic design and clients´needs and desires. Cameron went on to earn his Associates Degree in Visual Arts and a Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design. After graduating from college, he worked as a freelance graphic artist for promotional companies such as Metro Boys, Extreme Media, Galaxy graphics, and WVEE Radio (Frank and Wanda in the Morning), all located in Atlanta, Georgia. This experience provided useful business and professional contacts within the design and shirt sublimation technology industry. After 8 years of freelancing, Cameron utilized his experience and business contacts to launch an apparel company called, Soulsimplicity.com. Since launching Soulsimplicity, Cameron continues to freelance and currently work with Victory Tailgate, a company that makes licensed apparel and corn hole boards games, located in Orlando FL.
