Ms. Cindy Ramkumar is a very intelligent and highly experienced professional business executive. She is a certified Quality Lead Auditor and has extensive training and experience in Health and Safety, Quality and Environmental Management. Ms. Ramkumar holds British, American, Canadian and Trinidadian Certifications. She is multilingual, and extremely fluent in English and Spanish, and speaks Cantonese, Portuguese and French. She has worked in the management field for quite a while, and has extensive experience in supervision, team leading and coaching. She has reduced multi-national’s KPI from 10 to 2 days, implemented systems, processes and paperless systems. She has also centralized various companies to one company and implemented process based systems, and reduce costs by diversifying logistics. She is also the owner and CEO of Management Systems and Solutions and SocialiseCanada. Ms. Ramkumar is also the Author of 101 Ways To Think Like A Business Person, a step by step insight into how business people think, how to self-develop and self-manage your business. With SocialiseCanada, she created a social based website where she takes her passion of writing and event coverage, as her “giving back” to community. She is also a writer/reporter for various ethnic community based newspapers.
