Far too often, health care organizations are caught unprepared on the advent of challenging, high-stake problems. The Challenge of Health Care Leadership contains ten different case studies that help organizations:
- Strengthen individual and group problem-solving/decision-making skills
- Clarify roles and responsibility
- Define individual and group self-assessment skills
- Gain crisis management and leadership skills
Predicting reactions by working through simulated problems enhances learning, improves outcomes, and better prepares groups for dealing with the real thing.
