Professor Mike Stoddard is a Professor of Government at San Diego State University. He received his B.A., M.A. and Ph.D. from the University of California Los Angeles. Dr. Stoddard has worked extensively for the US government and the US Navy on national security affairs. He is also the author of Government, The Foreign Relations of the United States, Giants in Darkness and Who Serves When Not All Serve? In addition, Dr. Stoddard is involved with the Oxford Study Abroad Programme teaching several classes each year in Oxford, England.
