VIPIN GUPTA (Ph.D. and Post-Doc from the Wharton School) is Roslyn Solomon Jaffe Chair Professor of Strategy at Simmons School of Management, Boston, the only business school in the US designed specifically for women. He is known internationally for his bold and innovative research as a Principal of the award-winning GLOBE program on culture and leadership, and of the 11-volume culturally sensitive models of family businesses worldwide. He has offered strategy programs to senior executives, entrepreneurs, administrators, and defense personnel in several nations, including India and the US. KAMALA GOLLAKOTA (Ph.D.) is Associate Professor at the University of Redlands, California. She is known for her patient and structured approach to teaching and training. Earlier, she worked with Crompton Greaves Limited to experience the realities of the very corporate world that she now helps the aspiring managers discover. R.
