One-hit wonders include Carl Perkins, Bo Diddley and Count Basie, as well as The Edsels, Bobby Day and Dante and the Evergreens. In total, 625 one-hit wonders are included in this book. The author includes a biographical sketch of the artist and the circumstances surrounding the song, plus information on the highest position the single reached on "Billboard's Hot 100", the date it reached that position, artist/songwriter credit and original label and record number. The book has been read, but is in excellent condition. Pages are intact and not marred by notes or highlighting. The spine remains undamaged.
