The Thematic Bible allows God's Word to speak for itself. Whilst other Study Bibles filter the text through commentary and human interpretation, the Thematic Bible demonstrates the Word's true power, beauty and infinite depth by letting Scripture explain Scripture. This acclaimed Bible, previoulsy titled 'The NIV Thematic Study Bible' is now re-issued with a beautiful new cover and a user-friendly 'How to Use' guide.

First published in 1979, the NIV is the world's bestselling contemporary Bible translation. More than 100 scholars from diverse denominational backgrounds worked for 15 years to complete the translation. Their main concern was to be faithful to the text of Scripture, and to reflect the literary and stylistic diversity within the Bible. The result is suitable both for private study and public reading. Sponsored by IBS, a portion of the selling price of every NIV Bible goes towards their work of spreading the gospel of Jesus Christ around the world.
