Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor: Silvana Siskov is a nutritionist, health coach, counsellor and the author of the book "Get Your Sparkle Back: 10 Steps to Weight Loss and Overcoming Emotional Eating." She spent the last couple of decades working with people in a variety of settings supporting them with their issues, ranging from mental health problems to weight loss. By integrating a 3-way approach; nutrition, counselling and coaching, Silvana helps her clients to gain a better understanding of their personal issues and helps them develop the right mindset, which leads to taking better care of themselves and living a more fulfilling life. Silvana's interest in nutrition started when, almost a decade ago, she experienced health issues, and as a result of it, she made some simple changes to her diet and lifestyle. Recognising the power of food and understanding the importance of having a healthy lifestyle, it encouraged her to study nutrition and lifestyle coaching, so she can help others to make necessary changes that can improve their quality of life.
