A bear's unexpected climb! It's not easy being a small bear in the wilds of Alaska and Lil is smaller than most bears as it is. The river is too deep and fast for her to catch enough salmon... but maybe there's another way? When Lil follows her nose across the land and right up a tree, she winds up with a snack and a nap in an eagle's nest! Based on a true story of a black bear found napping in an eagle's nest, Bear in the Sky is a stand-alone installment in the Inspired by Bears series by Marvin Vialle, which includes The Story of Hank the Tank, Finding Sanctuary, and The Fattest Bear-all stories inspired by real bears and the wild places they call home.
