Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor: I have baked all of my life, beginning by climbing on my Grandmother's kitchen cabinets. At a tender age I learned mix and bake favorite cakes and cookies. As a young adult, I earned 2 Master Degrees in Education and Psychology and always brought homemade treats to my classmates, students and clients.Many years after receiving these degrees, I was diagnosed with a brain tumor and the disease Acromeglia. At that time, I abruptly changed careers and began baking and selling baked treats on my special route in Evergreen, Colorado. The local Postal Service employees began calling me The Muffin Lady, the rest is history.Today, I continue baking and cooking, developing new recipes, writing a second cookbook and enjoying life each and everyday.
