Monica Fletcher OBE, MSc, PGCE, BSc nursing, is Chief Executive of Education for Health and Chair of the European Lung Foundation. She trained and practised as a primary care specialist asthma nurse and now heads up an educational charity. 

Professor Soren Pederson MD, PhD, DrMedSci. is a specialist paediatrician, with an international reputation. He is currently Professor of Paediatric Respiratory Medicine at The University of Southern Denmark in Odense, and Consulting Paediatric Chest Physician and Allergist at the Department of Paediatrics at Kolding Hospital, Denmark.
