The Fine Art work of 120 artists are presented in The Artistic Touch 4 which is the 4th book in the Artistic Touch series. Each of the artists describe their inspirations and the techniques that are employed. The Watercolor Medium is used by most of the artists is but there also oil, acrylic and pastel techniques presented.
