Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor: The Author: Margaret Boland is Professor of English and Western Languages and Literature at Tamkang University in the Republic of China. She received her M.A. from St. Louis University in the Ford Honors Program and her Ph.D. in Romance Philology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She has completed work at Stanford University, Johns Hopkins University, Straßbourg University, and the Institute Catholique in Paris and has written Cleomades: A Study in Architectonic Patterns as well as numerous articles. Dr. Boland has been cited in Who's Who and received NEH and National Science awards for her work.
