Are you worried about your child and their anxiety? Do you feel you are treading on eggshells around them? Scared to do or say the wrong thing for fear of another meltdown or tantrum?

This 2-book mini series - 1 book for you as Parent and 1 book for your Child - is the starting point for getting your family back on track and living a normal happy, healthy life. Child book needs to be bought separately.

Children today experience daily and on-going stress triggers - there is a direct correlation between the rise in anxiety in children and the exponential change in our young people’s environment through education and technology.

By understanding that Anxiety is physiological, and not psychological, you can begin to reverse adrenaline levels – the primary physical driver of anxiety - and therefore the sensations and thoughts that accompany.
Through applying techniques onto knowledge, you and your child can stop the spiralling of the anxiety condition and prevent the manifestation into other anxiety disorders (anorexia, OCD, Phobias)

Is your child’s anxiety affecting other siblings in the family? Are you struggling to cope? Do you feel every conversation is around your child’s behaviour and anxiety? Is your child refusing to go to school?

By using these two books in conjunction you can never unlearn what you will read and by using this knowledge and the physical books as tools you will feel a shift that will form the foundation of your child’s and your family’s recovery.
