Feelings are important tools to know ourselves. They point out situations that cause us pleasure or pain so that we learn to distinguish how our environment and relationships affect us. They tell us that we are alive! Yet, most people are uncomfortable with their feelings especially when they are considered "negative", as in the case of anger.

In this book, we will learn to channel the energy of anger into a positive outcome, in order to move from a place of pain and stagnation to a place of growth and freedom.

Dr. Adele J. Gonzalez, founder and president of Get With It, has a Doctor of Ministry Degree from the University of St. Thomas, in St. Paul, Minnesota, specializing in Contemporary Spirituality. She holds a certificate in Spiritual Guidance from the Shalem Institute, Bethesda, Maryland, and is a qualified user of the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), a method that helps one to identify different personality types based on the theories of Swiss psychiatrist Carl G. Jung.

Currently, Adele is a Theology professor at Barry University, in Miami Shores, Florida, and a national speaker in the areas of Spirituality, Multiculturalism, Lay Ministry, and Culture. She has been actively involved in the training and formation of lay ministers within the Catholic Church for over 30 years.

Adele has published articles and essays in magazines and books and is now working on the Get-With-It Book Series. In addition to giving conferences and writing, she also directs retreats, and is a lay associate of the Franciscan Sisters of Stella Niagara, New York
