He holds a Master's Degree in Health Education and Administration, has authored four books and written several articles. A popular speaker, he has given over 175 invited lectures and workshops at both the regional and national level. His workshops provide teacher training involving techniques that make the health sciences interesting and relevant to today's students. In addition, he conducts workshops that deal with developing effective critical and creative thinking, stress and time management and study skills.
