Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor: Bill Lombardo is an acclaimed sales and leadership speaker, executive coach, and marketing consultant. Most recently he worked at Bankers Life where he established and lead the Bankers Learning Network. In that position he was responsible annually for the training and development of 10,000 agents and 1,500 leaders throughout the organization. During his tenure the Bankers Learning Network received numerous awards. Training Magazine recognized Bankers Life year after year as one the top 125 companies in the world for the company’s training program that Bill instituted. Other accolades as a direct result of Bill’s leadership have come from The American Business Society of Training & Development (ASTD) and The American Business Award. In addition, Bill received the Bronze Award for Innovation from Chief Learning Officer Magazine. Prior to Bankers Life Bill held senior marketing and sales positions with Fortune 500 companies such as Ford and Owens-Illinois, as well as with start-ups including Emind and Princeton Learning. He also served as Senior Vice President of Marketing and Communications at the American College and Director of Development at Fairleigh Dickinson University. Bill earned his MBA from Syracuse University, and his undergraduate degree from Ohio University.
