This is the inspiring story of Alan Sutton, in his own words, of how he transformed his working life as a flagger and kerber on the streets of Bradford to become one of the longest serving physiotherapists at Leeds United. His journey of how to achieve a career in football should be an inspiration to anyone who is determined to fulfil their dreams. He provides a first-hand account of the day-to-day workings of Leeds United with remarkable recollection over almost 30 years. He has experienced the gritty struggle of low budget, lower division football as well as the illustriousness and occasional excesses of the Premier League. With his own brand of Yorkshire warmth and affability, he has a particular skill for putting people at their ease and has formed many lifelong friendships during his long career.
