David M. Hinds is the founder and former chairman of Lambourn Court International, the nationwide network of stress counsellors in Britain. His career as a management consultant was halted in 1995 when he suffered two major strokes. He knows at first hand how disruptive and debilitating a stroke can be and how hard it is to make a complete recovery. In this motivating book he shows how it can be done.
