Educational equity has become a defining priority for school systems worldwide, demanding leadership approaches that are informed and inclusive. As classrooms grow more diverse and interconnected, educational leaders must look beyond local contexts to understand how policies and values from different countries address disparities in access, opportunity, and achievement. Advancing equity in schools through global perspectives on educational leadership highlights how cross-cultural insights and socially responsive leadership can help dismantle systemic barriers and foster learning environments where all students are empowered to succeed. Advancing Equity in Schools through Global Perspectives on Educational Leadership explores how educational leadership can advance equity and inclusive schooling in diverse global contexts. It examines how equity can be realized within schools and education systems. Covering topics such as educational leadership, equity, and globalization, this book is an excellent resource for academicians, researchers, policy makers, teacher educators, educational professionals, and graduate students.
