ROXANNE BARBARA DOERR (PhD) is a researcher in English Language and Linguistics in the Department of Economics and Management at the University of Brescia (Italy). She also translates, revises and proofreads academic papers and volume chapters for publication in various fields. Her research areas include English for Specific and Academic Purposes, military discourse, military language teaching and learning, online discourse communities, Corpus Assisted Discourse Studies and Corpus Stylistics.
