Those three words can turn your world upside down. When Traci McCausland was diagnosed out of the blue at just 39, she wasn’t interested in pretending to be a warrior. Her first Google search was, “What if fighting cancer doesn’t resonate with me?” A business owner and mother of two young children, Traci felt her worlds collide. Instead of following a one-size-fits-all playbook, she drew on her work as a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach and her background in psychology. Having trained over 5,000 people to live and lead through their natural talents, she realized she had a powerful resource to help her face cancer—understanding of her mindset and strengths.

Grounded in Gallup’s CliftonStrengths framework and supported by research from leading health institutions, this book helps you move through diagnosis, treatment, and survivorship with greater clarity, confidence, and hope.
