Piper began her tenure as the Publisher of The Plaid Horse Magazine in 2014. She received her B.S. with Honors in Chemistry from Trinity College [Hartford, CT] in 2009 and her Ph.D. in Chemistry from the University of California, Berkeley in 2012.She is an active member of the hunter/jumper community, owning a fleet of lease ponies and showing her horse MTM Sandwich in adult hunter divisions. Rennie Dyball is a lifelong horse lover who currently shows in the adult hunter and equitation divisions. She is the author of more than twenty books, including Good Boy, Eddie, a novel told from the perspective of a school horse, and the picture books B Is for Bellies: A Celebration of Every Body and Fiona and the Peculiar Praise. She is the co-author of The ADHD Field Guide for Adults, a freelance editor, and college essay coach. She lives in Maryland with her family.
