Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor
Richard Wiggins is a former resident of very rainy Juneau, Alaska, who now lives in extreme-ly dry Washoe Valley, Nevada, but still calls Alaska home from Panguingue Creek near De-nali National Park. After forty years of writing transportation planning documents, starting with local transit plans in small southeast Alaska towns, Mr. Wiggins has since discovered an unknown desire to tell stories about special people behind special places. Relying on his experiences living in Juneau for inspiration, Mr. Wiggins rarely enjoys the rainy weather he writes so longingly about.
