Chiara Sandri was born in Italy in 1981. She lived in Italy for thirty-five years and in 2017 she moved to the United States, where now she lives with her husband and their kids. She's a pharmacist and writing and drawing have always been her passions since she was a teenager. After participating in several literary competitions as a young writer, she decided to realize her secret dream: writing and illustrating children's books. "Edward the little magic star and Claire" is her first illustrated book for children. Her newly released book is "Juliet Stork: Mission North Pole".
