Through poignant bilingual poetry, vulnerable prose and creative photographic interpretations of objects related to past relationships, Juan Antonio Trujillo takes an unflinching look at childhood wounds and subsequent efforts to navigate loss and find connection. Objetos de [des]amor asks how this queer Latino ex-Mormon might find redemption in a world that is dominated by loss and alienation.
