Glenn Hartelius, PhD, is an internationally known scholar and thought leader in integral and transpersonal psychology who has recently been honored with the Abraham Maslow Award, one of the highest distinctions bestowed by the American Psychological Association. He teaches Attention Strategies workshops worldwide, coaches business leaders, edits a scientific journal, conducts research into novel aspects of consciousness and directs a new PhD specialization at the California Institute for Human Science.

Michaela Aizer, CHT, has been a transformative educational activist for more than 40 ears as a counselor, teacher, public speaker, organizer, and mentor. As co-creator of the Attention Strategies work, she brings her lifelong commitment to personal transformation and focus on authentic communication, respect for individual worldviews, and celebration of family and community as creative and healing forces.
