We all must learn to deal with temptations. In Pudgy Possum in a Pickle, Pudgy has trouble coping with a temptation of his own. Pudgy's friend Peppermint tries to warn him, but Pudgy makes a bad decision. Luckily, Peppermint is willing to face her fear in order to help Pudgy deal with his poor choice. Good friends are important, both those we know and those we have yet to meet.

Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor
Pudgy Possum is still Kathy S. Elasky's favorite character. This is Pudgy's fourth book and Kathy has ideas for even more. Kathy started her career as an author/illustrator when she retired from being a teacher/counselor in southeastern Ohio. She doesn't know which she enjoys more, writing stories or creating illustrations. Learning to paint raccoons for this book was a fun challenge. Kathy enjoys visiting classrooms where she shares about being an author.
