Matthew S. Conrad's goal was to become a "black hat" through his service in the U.S. Army 82nd Airborne Division. This dream was cut short by a devastating accident that resulted in him being honorably discharged from the Army, struggling with addiction, and enduring mental health issues.

After receiving help from the VA, Matthew was able to turn his life around, but not before a period of time that is best described as Insanity.
