Inyo’s Ring – A Spanish Armada Shipwreck Survivor in Ireland

One storm. One survivor. Two lives forever changed.

When the mighty Spanish Armada shatters against the ruthless Irish coast in 1588, Inyo, a young Spanish sailor, washes ashore half-dead and wholly alone. He stumbles into a foreign land filled with perils. Inyo hides, haunted by the ghosts of the Armada and hunted by the English occupying forces.

But Ireland is a land of ancient secrets, inhabited by fierce seafaring clans, and not everyone wants him dead. Among rebels, Inyo discovers a flame-haired ally, Finley, and the power of trust, friendship, loyalty, and love. A new life is being forged from the wreckage, but Inyo must choose: Vanish into the mist of history or join Finley and her clan as they fight for their freedom and their home.

Epic, lyrical, and heart-pounding, Inyo's Ring is a tale of survival, defiance, and love in the shadow of empires at war and clans fighting for their freedom.

Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor

Nicole H. Schwabacher has always been captivated by the sea and stories of bravery and endurance. Like Inyo, the protagonist of Inyo's Ring, she once found herself on a ship in the Celtic Sea during a hurricane. This experience, although terrifying and surreal, couldn't diminish her love for the oceans. She had the chance recently to sail aboard the San Salvador, a Spanish galleon. A nomad more by chance than choice, she has lived and worked across Asia, Europe, and North America. She lives in the American West with her family.
