A Latin translation of Shakespeare's Julius Caesar was first published by Henry Denison in 1856. Contubernales have edited Denison's impressive work for clarity and Latinity, and aligned it line-by-line to Shakespeare's text. Included are 19th-century engravings by H.C. Selous. Denison's work will be pleasing to experienced Latinists, and with the aligned English an excellent challenge for beginners as well.
