Chad Hanstedt is always creating--music with some of his favorite guitars, off-road vehicles, custom car parts, and furniture with his welding and metal fabrication equipment, and of course, Stanky & Cece with his imagination and love of story. He is an avid jeep enthusiast and an aerospace engineer, who was thrust into the world of single-parenthood when he was widowed shortly after his daughter's birth 16 years ago. Chad lives in Arizona and spends his time being a parent, playing music, "engineering," and heading off on adventures with his jeeps--and Cece.

An award-winning author, literary midwife, ghostwriter, and university professor, Kathy Sparrow has been guiding aspiring writers and thought leaders to share their messages through books and blogs for more than two decades. Kathy is the co-author of Stanky & Cece: Break the Rules and Stanky & Cece: Rompen las reglas. Her novel, The Whispered Teachings of Grandmother Trout, is touted as the feminine version of A River Runs Through It. And she is co-author and project leader for Ignite Your Leadership: Proven Tools for Leaders to Energize Teams, Fuel Momentum, and Accelerate Results. She's currently writing It's All in the Cast: A Fly Fisher's Guide to Leadership, Sales & Optimal Performance. She is a Certified Canfield Trainer in Jack Canfield's The Success Principles and Canfield Methodologies, Certified Be Well Lead Well Pulse(R) Guide, and Certified Master RIM(R) facilitator. When she's not working with clients or penning her own blogs and books, Kathy enjoys yoga, hiking, fly fishing, and adventures with her family. James Koenig is an illustrator who resides in Arizona. He lives with his wife, Corissa, and dog, Bailey. James started drawing almostas soon as he was born. It was always a passion of his and eventually made it a career when he grew up. Whether he has trulygrown up is still up for debate. James has illustrated for over 55 books thus far. Along with books, he has also developed charactersand artwork for countless products, toys, games & more. James loves collaborating with other artists, such as Jacob.
