Stan Skrabut is a lifelong learner who has spent his career helping people and organizations achieve improved performance. He earned a Doctorate in Education from the University of Wyoming. His studies focused on informal learning, which reading played an important role. He uses informal learning, especially reading as a way to improve himself and subsequently his teams.He lives with his wife and two dogs in upstate New York.
