Inhaltsangabe

In the emerging world of AI, the same product can be a moat, a trap, or a lottery ticket. The difference is not the technology. It is the economics.

The old SaaS investing playbook assumes smooth adoption curves, tidy unit economics, and software margins that improve as you scale. AI companies break those assumptions. Every prompt can carry a cost. Usage can swing wildly. And a product that looks impressive in a demo can still be a bad business.

Investing in AI is a practical reset for investors looking for a new edge in the age of AI. This book replaces the SaaS playbook with six new mental models for spotting defensible businesses that are built to last-even when the technology shifts beneath them.

The world is changing, and the future is unwritten. Don't let old habits stop you from seizing new opportunities.
