When not writing literary fiction or film, EM Simms drafts revises labor relations documents and provides administrative support to management officials of thirty-one (31) Social Security offices in SFL, as a Management Support Specialist. EM's governmental areas of expertise are Labor Relations Management, Performance Quality, and Security and Facility workloads. She has served 22 years (and counting) as a Federal employee of the US Government and received two Regional Commissioner Citation Awards for her exemplary leadership and demonstration in job knowledge in the Atlanta Region.
