Ms Alka Kumar is a Psychology enthusiast and wears several hats as a counsellor, a life skills trainer, parenting coach, motivational speaker and an educator who worked for the past 27 years in the field of psychology and counselling. She has taught Psychology for more than 25 years at the +2 level in a leading Delhi school and is a certified Career counsellor. She continues to be associated with various Examination Boards, and Government Organisations. Her interest in Mental health is not only an outcome of her academic journey but a desire to practise empathy and unconditional positive regard to heal those in distress. She is a trained Soft Skills Expert and enjoys interacting with people
