Sharon Tinberg Mingey is the founder of CleanSmart Academy and a recognized trainer in the residential cleaning industry. After acquiring a degree in Communications, she spent more than 20 years in the corporate world before co-founding The Upstairs Maid in Austin, Texas. By 2008, the company had grown to 754 repeat clients, cleaning 95 homes daily and generating $1.98 million in annual revenue. As the business expanded, Sharon developed structured, step-by-step systems that enabled teams to deliver consistent results at scale. After selling the company, she founded CleanSmart Academy to help service business owners reduce training time and grow through repeatableprocesses that protect both quality and profitability.
