जाट बलिदानी दिनांक 13,14 और 15 अगस्त 2022 को घर - घर तिरंगा के साथ आजादी का अमृत महोत्सव मनाया गया। अमृत महोत्सव देश की आजादी (15 अगस्त 1947) के 75 वर्ष पूरे होने के उपलक्ष में मनाया गया। ऐसे अवसर पर देश की आजादी के पूर्व की स्थिति एवं उस संघर्ष के बलिदानियों की कहानियों पर चर्चा होना स्वाभाविक ही है। विशेषकर सन् सत्तावन (57) अर्थात सन 1857 से लेकर सन 1947 तक का 90 वर्ष का समय अपने आप मे मायने रखता है। बचपन की कविता - चमक उठी सन सत्तावन में वह तलवार पुरानी थी, आदि बरबस ही याद आती हैं। उस समय का बलिदान तो अमर ही रहेगा। फिर भी दिल्ली के आसपास के क्षेत्र विशेषकर जाट जाति का बलिदान अतुल्यनीय है जिसे भुलाना इतना आसान नहीं है। यद्यपि आजादी के लिए सभी देशवासियों का अपना - अपना योगदान रहा है, इसमें भी कोई सन्देह नहीं है। फिर भी आज ऐसे अवसर पर जाट बलिदानियों को याद करना एक स्वाभाविक स्थिति बन जाती है। इसी कारण से उनमें से कुछ विशेष चरित्रों का संकलन इस “ जाट बलिदानी ” पुस्तक में किया गया है । जिससे उन्हें हम पढ़ कर अपने को कृतार्थ कर सकें और उन्हें श्रद्धांजलि अर्पित कर सकें, बस यही मनोविचार हैं।
