Taken together, Isaiah 22-29 appears as a preview of events from Lord Jesus to the end of times. We searched several commentators and most consider only chapters 23, 24 as an Apocalypse of Isaiah. However, the other chapters point also to sequential events, some of which we know happened and the others we trust will happen.
These sequential events relate to other disparate prophecies from the Bible, which are hard to be placed in a sequence. But by relating them with the ‘backbone’ of Isaiah 22-29, these disparate prophecies get ordered in the right sequence.
