Is your child struggling with ANGER?

Anger is a normal and valid feeling. It can seem confusing and scary when we don't know what to do with it.

Danny's Anger Monster provides children with the skills to recognise, identify and cope with anger. Exploring examples you and your child can try together, that will help your child to self-regulate.

In this charming children's book, a young boy, Danny, feels overwhelmed with his anger. "I don't like this feeling!" Danny exclaims. Danny decides that because he doesn't like feeling angry he should try to get rid of this feeling.

Monster however, comes to teach Danny a valuable lesson.....

All feelings must be felt and we don't need to be afraid of them. Even the BIG feelings. Through colourful illustrations and lovable characters, Danny's Anger Monster teaches Danny that all feelings have a purpose and that all feelings are temporary.

The message of the Danny's Monsters book series is "it's okay to feel and it's brave to do so".
