I have a Study Smart, Study Less video on YouTube with over 25 million views. Viewers kept asking if I would write an expanded version of the video, and so, I did. This book explains how to spend less time studying and actually learn more material. If you spend time studying in an ineffective manner, your learning will be slow and frustrating. I noticed that several people have viewed my video and published outlines of my study skills. These summaries do not include new material that was not included in my video. This new edition contains several additional chapters that cover Learning Styles, Testing, Special Needs, Exercise and Health. These are important topics that I didn't have time for on my video. If you apply the suggested strategies, you will be able to increase your knowledge with less effort. This book was specifically written for students from junior high through graduate school, but it is also helpful for learning new material for one's career.
