Unpack nighttime fears with the help of a mighty little boy. Adventurous and curious by day, eight-year-old Max McGregor has never been afraid of bedtime¿until now. Suddenly conscious of strange noises, he is worried that monsters could be lurking in his bedroom at night. But when his mother gives him the tools to help him overcome his anxiety, he can finally put his fears to bed. Inspired by author Jocelyn Cooley's son's bedtime struggles, Mighty Max teaches children mindfulness and faith-based strategies for alleviating nighttime fears and curbing anxious thoughts, thus creating a healthy bedtime routine and setting the stage for success as children discover they have the strength to overcome any obstacle in life.
