Starting in the early 1970s, MIKE LISAGOR worked as a government contractor hardware and software engineer, IT project manager, business developer, and a domestic and both an international and then business development vice president. In 1999, he relinquished his suit and tie to start a consulting company, Celerity Works, where he advised over 60 contractors on how to win more government business. A FED100 awardee, he has written numerous articles for Washington Technology and Federal Computer, was the co-founder of the annual Federal Program Management Summit, implemented the acquisition risk management process at GSA FEDSIM, and did ten marketing/sales webinars for Centurion Research Solutions (now part of Deltek).
Mike is the author of How to Develop a Winning Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) Proposal (w/Eric Adolphe), Winning and Managing Government Business, The Enlightened Manager, and The Essential Guide to Managing a Government Project (2021).
