Well after they retired, two Unitarian Ministers who have been friends for over fifty years started to clear accumulated years of papers and books. A chance phone call from Penny Johnson to Peter Hewis asked, “What should I do with all these prayers?” Peter suggested they would be suitable for a small booklet and Penny then suggested that Peter should add some of his own – so here they are! All proceeds from the sale of each book will be donated to SACTH (Send a child to Hucklow fund). For sixty years, the fund has provided holidays in Derbyshire for needy children.
