Beyond Dreaming - An In-Depth Guide on How to Astral Project & Have Out of Body Experiences: How The Awakening of Consciousness is Synonymous with Lucid Dreaming & Astral Projection - Softcover

Inhaltsangabe

Are you having no luck with astral projection?

Discover a grounded, spiritual approach to out-of-body experiences, one that leads to more vivid and more profound journeys and changes your waking life as much as your nights.

This book is about practical understanding rather than debate or speculation. It answers the questions Gene Hart has received from hundreds of people struggling to astral project, and it shows why techniques alone so often fail. When you understand the mechanics behind out-of-body experiences, your own intuitive practice follows.

It explores the difference between dreams, lucid dreams and astral projection, and why most of us live in a dream-like state by day as well as by night. Wake up during the day, and you have far more chance of waking up in your dreams. As above, so below.
