This book is a complete guide to reading the Quran with articulation and rules of tajweed. All profit made from the sale of this book will go to charity. Tajweed is the set of rules for the correct pronunciation of letters in the Quran, giving each letter its due rights and qualities. The word Tajweed originates from the root word j-w-d ( جَوَّدَ ) which means to enhance or to make excellent. Riham Rabee is a London-based medical doctor whose first language is Arabic. She teaches Tajweed to adults in her free time and developed this book to assist her students. Riham's students originate from all over the Muslim world. This book is intended for the English speaker, and does not require any prerequisite understanding of the Arabic language.
