Similarly, there is a sharpness running through the sweet side of the book, as in Losing my mind and Up in the Air, but warmth for life runs through, with uplifting moments epitomised by Light Show and Genius. Man Made Lemons is not an easy read. It will put you through the wringer, reminding you how frustrating, terrifying and painful life can be but ultimately it will leave you rejoicing at just how wonderful life is!
