“What kind of situation?” I probed.

“Kikucolin infiltrated the museum in Azena. His team drugged the guards who have not turned to our cause.”

I peered at her. “So what’s the problem?” The Nomadic group were against putting other civilizations in cages and calling it a museum.

“Mandrey Alkentd died.” Eliana had trouble saying the words.

“Who is that?” Rose chimed in.

“He was one of the security guards working in the museum.” Eliana answered.

“I thought you said they were drugged, not shot?” Jahni asked.

“I…We.” Eliana corrected with a slight smile. “Put ISG into the ventilation system. Apparently, Mandrey had an allergic reaction to it. Martel Kaltavon is contemplating an official attack on us. He is meeting with all of the ambassadors and world leaders tomorrow.”

“Tomorrow!” I blurted. “Eliana, how are we going to make it back to Drex by tomorrow?”
