This book is for any coach who is interested in putting in the Flex Offense. I have run the Flex for the past 15 years. I believe this is one of the best offenses created in the history of basketball. If you coach average players, like most of us do, this offense is for you. I have had the great fortune of not coaching a lot of bad teams. But then again, most of the teams I have coached have been average. With that said, each of those teams could give our opponents fits with the Flex! If you have players who aren't great shooters, but who can hit mid-range shots, I strongly recommend this offense and book for you!
