This book "Technical Control Problem and Potential Capabilities of Artificial Intelligence" is the first book of a 3 book series named "Problems Associated with Artificial Intelligence".In this study, first of all, a set of highly relevant concepts are defined & briefly discussed. The definitions, properties, and interpretations of these concepts are clarified for further reference within the framework of this study. The topic of the first main part named “Technical Control Problem” in the first book is whether or not it is technically feasible to control human-level + intelligent systems. The main approaches in the literature (known as safety engineering in the AI domain) are briefly discussed in this section where weak and possibly strong solutions are put on the table. In the second main part of the first book, “potential capabilities of intelligent machines” are discussed from many perspectives.
